first met Ana a few months ago now through a mutual friend where I was invited to partake in one of her cacao ceremonies. An extraordinary experience to say the very least. I found that the whole process was one whereby I was able to reconnect with mother nature when we went out foraging for offerings of beautiful flowers and other wonderous gifts that we respectfully used as part of the process. I learnt so much about the ancient tradition of cacao and was blessed to have taken part in and oversaw the preparation of it also. The ceremony itself was a very personal journey but one that filled me with so much love and opened my eyes to my own potential.
After meeting with Ana over those few days I instantly felt the power and love that this extraordinary women embodies. I was privileged to have a one on one personal session with her and I have never felt so comfortable with a practitioner as I did with Ana.
Somehow I found myself giving her information about my life that I have not even told my closest loved ones or my therapist. Not only that I was put into a state that is indescribable. I was concious all the way through yet in a dream like state and the love I felt afterwards is not something I will forget anytime soon. I have full faith in Ana's abilities and nature and I know that although a lot of work was done in that initial session, there is still a lot more to go. It is ever transient and I know I will always be able to trust going back to Ana for more growth.

My first session with Anna I went into it feeling off balance, my head was filled with stagnant thoughts and my energy was so low. I didn’t know what to expect but as soon as she held the bottom of my ankles I felt a energy that was golden and intense, and it surged through my body. My body fell into a realm of relaxation and when I woke up at the end of my session I was quite emotional, I felt like all the negative energy had been pulled to the surface and it was time to release these emotions. I gained clarity and direction and Anna helped guide me through the emotions and talked me through what she felt towards me during the session. After my first session in which I had started my awakening I have now furthered my ascension process and Since have had more sessions with Anna which help me feel on path and balance my emotions.

I felt inclined to do some energetic healing and alignment, so prior to my session I made notes on the things I would like to acknowledge and work on. as a member of the younger awakened community, it can be wildly difficult to navigate through ascension and understand the new and sometimes overwhelming things which come as a product of it. Ana has been able to offer me that guidance and insight to not only assure me but to inform me of things to do with myself and with the wider community/phenomenon of waking up. her sessions have filled in so many blanks for me and provided so much information about things i would otherwise be completely drowning in. i have learned to know myself and my inner workings, including my higher self in all she is and discovered so many intricate details about the life i live and what more could be available to me, should i take the opportunity.
